Shipping

Our policy is to ship on the next business day after we receive your order. However, we endeavor to ship on the same day whenever possible.

We use a combination of FedEx and US postal service, depending on destinations, and provide tracking numbers and insurance if the service you chose offer that option.

Here are our standard shipping rates. We will custom quote any other shipment service or destination you may request including PO boxes, APOs, international etc.

Returns

We do our best to describe our products on our web site. We are happy to call you if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

• You may return stocked products within 14 days of receiving for a full refund (excluding shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the product, at returns@i-Sails.com.
  
  
• You may return special order products within 14 days of receiving for a refund minus a 30% re-stocking fee and excluding shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the product, at returns@i-Sails.com.

The returned product must be complete, and brand new. We can not accept for returns any sails that have been used at all, even gently.

For your protection, refunds will be made exclusively against the payment means you used for the initial purchase.
